Ordering & Refunding
Your payment is taken as you place your order, meaning you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.
Items may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of items without prior notification. All prices on this website are in JOD/ Dollars, and that is what will be debited from your debit/ credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-JOD credit card, the relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by ATN.
Your order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your order and payment have been processed by us and we have sent you either a receipt or a notice that your chosen item is not in stock.
You must pay in full when you place an order.
Once we have confirmed your order, you are bound by it unless we tell you that what you have ordered is not in stock. You can refund your order within 7 days , You can not refund products that you have used more than 7 days.
